(1) Superintendents and Vaccinators shall be given the following training:-
(a) General knowledge of skin,
(b) General knowledge of wafers,
(c) Knowledge of multiple pressure and other methods used in wafer control programs,
(d) General health related knowledge,
(e) General knowledge about dried water vaccine (Dry Vaccine), and
(f) Method of keeping records.
(2) The superintendent shall be trained in administrative matters in addition to the matters mentioned in sub-rule (1).
(3) Certificates will be given to those who succeed in the training as per sub-rule (1).
(4) The period of training under sub-rule (1) shall normally be 6 days.
(5) A person who has received a certificate under sub-rule (1) can carry out engraving work throughout Nepal.
